We offer weekly classes, one or two day workshops, talks and one to one sessions if required to fit in with peoples busy lives.
Everyone learns in different ways. It is almost impossible to teach everyone in the same way, one box does not fit all. Therefore the aim is to teach in a way that suits the individual. Many students say that they cannot visualise or meditate. This is usually because they have not understood what to do.
